Yesterday our very own berry Becci Picketts was invited to to take part in their ‘Teachers and Advisors’ Conference.

Becci shared her insights into what employers look for in the event industry and was involved in important discussions around the challenges teachers and students face when entering the world of work after university.

It was a honour to take part in shaping and improving employability for future generations around Birmingham.

Thank you to Danny Pardoe and his team at BCU for aiding this valuable session and for teaching us about apprenticeships too.

Jess Ford Ellie Cashmore and Becci Picketts are putting on their glad rags for a night of Moulin Rouge at the .uk awards!

The Berries are proud to be named finalists along side NAHT - The school leaders’ union for ‘Collaboration of the Year’. 🏆

This award category recognises our hard work with making the Inspiring Leadership Conference our most purposeful event yet and we are only just getting started! 👀
