We are looking for drivers to join us to deliver in the Hull area. All vans provided are Electric and there are various options for charging. From charging at home, and using the van for commuting, to leaving at our charging hub so it is ready to go for the next shift. What do we drive?

There are three different EV Vans in our fleet of 9:

Nissan NV200 - This is our smallest van with the shortest range. This is used primarily in Urban areas with small parcels and runs Monday to Friday. Though they have been around a while now and we would like to upgrade them to the next van in our fleet, the Maxus ED3. WE have two of these and the tend to run Monday to Friday except in peak times

Maxus ED3 - This is our newest member of the fleet and is a medium sized van. Larger than the NV200 and covers the same Urban routes but delivers more of the same small parcels thanks to the extra capacity. We also have two of these and they also tend to run Monday to Friday.

Maxus ED9 - This is our largest EV and the workhorse of the fleet. They have great capacity and are out 7 days a week. We have 5 of these.

There are some other EV options that we will be looking into but for now Maxus are the go-to based on range vs price.

When we started RobinWood Logistics back in February 2022 we wanted to start as Electric Vehicles (EV) only. Andy was first against this, as he only knew of using Diesel, but reluctantly agreed and we went live with two Maxus ED9 vans. After the first month he was fully bought into EV and the benefits it brings. 11 months later and we now have 9 EVs of varying sizes and we are supported by our own Charging hub. 💪🏻
