AMAP mileage rates have jumped 10p per mile, the first increase in 15 years ( and it will be back dated to 6th April 2026).

On Friday we got the team together for the first time since Ibiza back in September. We did have a team Christmas party but our incredible Practice Director Alison made a huge move to Spain at the end of last year, so this was the first proper reunion and honestly? It mattered more than I expected it to.

We sat down at the stunning Gleneagles Townhouse, looked at everything we’ve built since September and I think we’re doing pretty damn good.

I got to share the vision. Where we’re going. What we’re building. I’ve always been an open book with my team, it’s just how I lead but right now I’m stepping fully into my CEO role and making sure everyone knows the part they play in what we’re creating together.

Then we ended the day the only way that made sense.

The new Devil Wears Prada movie 👠💋

The team have a running joke that I’m Miranda. I’m saying nothing.

What I will say is that a story about ambition, vision and knowing exactly what you want to build felt pretty fitting after a day like that. No notes.

This is why I do what I do 🩷

Today I had the pleasure of speaking at my friend (and client!) Launch Like a Pro event in London and it reminded me why in person connection is so important.

There’s something about being surrounded by people who are building, learning and pushing for more. It shifts your energy, your perspective and the way you show up.

Staying visible isn’t about doing one big thing and ticking a box. It’s about showing up consistently, putting yourself in new spaces and being willing to be seen.

If you’ve been tucked away behind your laptop for a while, this is your sign to get back out there. Put yourself in the room!!

And yes…I somehow took on the unofficial role of events coordinator today too. Turns out I can’t resist a clipboard moment 😅
