As this year draws to a close, we want to pause and say a heartfelt thank you.

Running a small business isn’t just about the work you see on site. It’s about the trust people place in you when they invite you into their homes. It’s about showing up on time, doing things properly, and caring about the outcome even when no one’s watching.

2025 has been a year built on that trust, and we’re incredibly grateful to everyone who chose Sansome Solutions this year — for the jobs, the recommendations, the conversations, and the continued support.

Behind the scenes, this business is very much a family effort. This year my wife returned to work after having our little one, while also keeping our home and family running so I could focus on building the business. That quiet support, patience, and teamwork doesn’t appear in photos or posts, but it’s the foundation everything else stands on.

As we look ahead to 2026, our focus stays the same — honest work, high standards, and looking after the people who trust us with their homes and properties.

First impressions matter.

We’ve recently completed works at Llannon Road Dental Practice , clearing long-established overgrown shrubs from a raised flower bed that had become unmanageable. The area was taken back, a w**d membrane installed, and finished with fresh gravel to create a clean, tidy, low-maintenance frontage.

We’ve also been asked to return to carry out further works around the premises, which is always appreciated and a good sign we’ve done the job right the first time.

Another full property transformation completed and ready for its very first rental tenancy.

Works carried out:

Renewed the porch roof

Installed all new windows throughout

Full new pipework, radiators, oil tank and boiler

Electrical safety test completed, new fuse board fitted and smoke detectors updated

Installed a new PIV unit for improved air circulation and damp prevention

Removed a stud wall to turn two small bedrooms into one large bedroom

Built a new stud wall to finish the room layout

This project ensures the property is fully compliant, energy efficient and low-maintenance for years to come.

From Patchy to Perfect — Lawn & Garden Refresh Done Right

We removed the patchy, w**d-filled grass and levelled the entire area, filling in low spots as needed.

Two old flower beds were taken out, and a new stone path was laid.

Fresh topsoil was brought in, then new turf rolled out across the lawn.

We also added a new flower bed along one side, ready for planting next year.

Clean, tidy, and ready to enjoy.

⚠️ Warning: Some of these photos aren’t pleasant — but they show the reality of what some landlords are left to deal with

This rental property was left in an awful state by the previous tenants. The smell when we first walked through the door was overwhelming, and the condition throughout made it completely uninhabitable.

The landlord asked us to take care of everything — and that’s exactly what we did.

As a company, we managed the entire process from start to finish. This included:

A full decontamination and deep clean to remove built-up grime and tackle odours

Complete clearance of abandoned belongings and waste

Full redecoration throughout

New plumbing works carried out by one of our trusted contractors

Brand new flooring installed across the entire property
