Hearing this morning that there are further investigations into these weight loss jabs.
The majority of the people taking these jabs will go about their lives exactly the same way as they were before taking the jabs. Eating the same foods, doing nothing to improve their fitness levels or their health.They are going to be the same person but just smaller, not fitter, stronger or healthier.
Too many people want the results, but don't want to put in the work, there is not silver bullet or easy way around it, just hard work
The only safe and sustainable way to improve your health, fitness and wellbeing is a good, whole food diet, plenty of protein and a good fitness program, including strength/ resistance training and cardio.
Showing up consistently, whether you feel like it or not. Putting in the effort day after day.
I also think that many people who refused to have the Covid jab would quite happily take these weight loss jabs and pump this s**t into themselves. I find this quite strange.
I also realise the some people with health issues need these jabs, an that is fine, but people just taking them as a quick fix, this just says to me that they don't have the mental strength or willpower to turn up consistently for the results they want.
You only get one body, it is your choice.
