A little Friday afternoon moment before heading home :)

I'd just locked up for the weekend and turned around to see this... blue skies, autumn sunshine reflecting across our windows, and the last of the smoke drifting from the wood burner.

A couple of things you might not know about our space...

Did you know? Our wood burner keeps things lovely and cosy through the colder months, and that smell of woodsmoke outside is one of our favourite things about autumn here.

Did you know? Behind those huge windows is our coworking space, with views straight out over the River Dart. The changing seasons, wildlife and natural light are all part of the working day.

It's moments like this that remind us how lucky we are to work here. We certainly don't take it for granted!

Autumn might just be one of the best times to hire our studio!

The trees along the River Dart are changing colour, the fire is crackling away and those huge windows bring all that lovely autumn light straight into the space.

It's a pretty special setting for photography, content creation, workshops, team sessions or simply getting a group together somewhere a little different.

And with the river running right outside, you've got a beautiful backdrop without even leaving the building.

Our studio is available to hire from £60 for a half day, or £100 for a full day, with access from 6pm the evening before so you can get everything ready.

We've also got our short-notice offer, giving you a full day for just £60 when booking within 2 weeks!

We might be a little biased, but we reckon we've got one of the best office views in Devon :)

The River Dart runs right past our windows, and at this time of year the trees are putting on a pretty good show as autumn settles in.

It's something we never take for granted. From watching kingfishers dart across the water to kayakers passing by, there's always something happening just outside.

And there's something lovely about being able to look up from your screen, take in a bit of nature and get straight back into your work.

A calm space, good company, plenty of coffee and a view that's hard to beat.

Two very good reasons to come and work with us this autumn!

First, there's the view. The River Dart running right past our windows, trees turning all sorts of colours and the fire keeping things cosy as the temperatures drop.

And then there's our newest little office recruit... who hasn't quite mastered the art of a productive working day yet, but is already doing a brilliant job of making everyone smile!

We're dog friendly, so your four-legged colleagues are always welcome too.

Good people, beautiful surroundings, a few wagging tails and somewhere you can actually get some work done. We think that's a pretty good combination :)

There are a lot of different businesses who come to our space!

One of the things we love about CoWorking Devon is the mix of people who work from here. Designers, consultants, creatives, web developers, charities, photographers, small business owners and remote teams... all doing completely different things under one roof.

There’s no forced networking or awkward introductions. You come in, get on with your work, and naturally get to know the people around you.

Conversations happen, ideas get shared, people recommend each other and sometimes work comes from it too.

If you’ve got a business, bring a few cards or flyers next time you’re in and add them to the collection :)

Not a bad view from the office...

One of the things we never take for granted here is having the River Dart right outside our windows.

It changes constantly too. Different light, different seasons, kayakers drifting past, birds along the river and the occasional kingfisher making an appearance.

There’s something about having all of that outside your desk that makes working here feel a little different. Calm when you need to focus, and something worth looking up from the screen for every now and then :)

One of the best things about working here? You’re never far from getting outside :)

Hembury Woods is only around a 5-minute drive from us, with ancient woodland, the River Dart and plenty of options for a quick stretch or a longer walk.

It’s perfect when you’ve been staring at a screen all morning and need to get out for a proper reset at lunch... then it’s back to the space, coffee on and crack on for the afternoon.

We’re pretty lucky with what we’ve got around us!

Autumn here is pretty special :)

The trees along the river start changing colour, the view from our desks seems to look different every week, and it’s nearly time to get the fire going again... which means that lovely wood smell through the space too!

We never really take where we work for granted, but autumn definitely reminds us how lucky we are to have it.

Did you know!? Our windows run almost the full length of our coworking space, looking straight out over the River Dart, so you get a front row seat to the whole season changing while you work.

Not a bad office for autumn 🍂
