We’ve all been there… 😩
You’ve just sat down after settling your baby, tidying up the toys, and making yourself a warm(-ish), well-deserved coffee… and the baby wakes up.
Short naps and needing help to re-settle are common, but they’re not something you just have to live with.
One gentle tip:
Short naps are often a sign that total 24hour sleep and awake time are slightly out of balance, or that the sleep environment isn’t quite optimal. Small tweaks across the day, plus a dark, calm sleep space, can make a big difference to linking sleep cycles.
