Last week, we made the difficult decision to hand back one of our properties in Leeds. This hasn’t been a normal situation. The place was in such disrepair, roof leaks, plumbing issues, boiler faults, plaster falling off walls, a homeless hotel next door and more! And honestly, though it’s usually sad to let go, this time it’s a huge relief. What we do might look all shiny on the outside, but it’s not always rainbow sometimes it’s just a really tough slog. We’re so grateful to leave this headache behind and on to the next!
