As the owner of TCB, Chris is usually somewhere between speaking to customers, keeping projects moving, solving problems and making sure the team don’t cause too much trouble 😂

He’s been at the heart of TCB from the start, helping build the business into the signage company it is today.

From ideas and designs to getting the finished signage out the door, there’s not much that goes on at TCB that Chris isn’t involved in.

New signage for the Corkhouse! 🍻

A fresh new look for The Cork House in Burnley, designed and produced by the TCB team.

From the warm white 3D backlit letters and illuminated logos to the new hanging sign and Cork House mascot, we’ve covered every detail.

We've recently completed work for Apollo Insurance Brokers - a bespoke, illuminated feature wall in their Burnley offices.

The brief was to create something standout and sleek, and we believe we've achieved that for them, and then some!

By having built-up stainless-steel letters of their logo fitted to an Acupanel wall, with halo illumination behind the logo, it literally highlights their brand while giving it a modern and premium feel. Additionally, colour changing LED strips were added to the grooves between the Acupanel slats to give the wall a nice finishing touch.

We aren't kidding when we say we make your business brighter!

We’re thrilled to share that we were recently tasked with providing the internal signage for Singleton Engineering’s new Executive Box at Burnley F.C’s grounds at Turf Moor.

This was a fantastic opportunity to elevate their viewing box with built-up stainless steel lettering of their logo (that illuminates) and other means of showcasing their branding. We feel that this gave a premium, bespoke aesthetic for a company that we hold in the highest regard.

We're incredibly excited to show-off our new signage for a proud institution in Burnley - Smackwater Jacks!

Ahead of their 50th anniversary next year, they didn't just want to update their previous signage, but to return to their roots with their branding at it appeared all the way back in 1977.

So we were more than happy to accomodate. We restored their bespoke projection sign, which has been fitted there since the bar opened in the 70s, including cleaning up and restoring the bespoke brass ring surrounding it.

We also provided some updated boards and window contravision, to evoke nostalgia and to give everything a vintage aesthetic.

This is on the back of us working on Enzo's Pizzeria for their 40th anniversary, and Barnfields' 50th anniversary celebrations. All very gratifying projects to work on for businesses with deep historical ties to Burnley and the local area.

Now we're getting all nostalgic - may have to drop by old times sake!

Earlier this year, we were tasked with transforming a dental practice that had a tired, dated feel into a modern, luxury environment that reflected the quality of care being provided.

Rather than a full refurbishment, we focused on smart, cost-effective design solutions that completely changed the look and feel of the space. We used two styles of premium architectural stone-effect vinyl, wide-slat acoustic wall panelling, and bespoke brushed bronze logos and lettering with warm white halo illumination to create a welcoming, high-end finish.

TCB delivered the complete internal and external signage package, including all transformation graphics and branding, for under £8,000.

It's a great example of how you don't always need an interior designer or a full shop fit-out to achieve a premium result. Often, a specialist signage company can work with your existing layout and transform the space through clever branding, architectural finishes and feature signage—saving both time and money.
