Good Afternoon to all our customers.

To keep you updated, as a hardware store we will be open as normal (8am - 5pm) operating with minimal staff

We will try our upmost best to be stocked up on all plumbing, electrical and gas fitting needs as well as our disinfectant wipes and any other necessities you may require. We strongly advise our customers to call us before to check the required item is in stock, to save time and to help stop the spread of this virus in any unnecessary trip to us.

If you can phone your orders through to us we will have them packed prior.

At this hard time our customer’s and staff’s safety is our number one priority, so with the government guidelines we are put extra measures in place to keep social distancing between our staff and customers and extra cleaning is taking place on a regular basis to ensure the safety of everyone.

Our lines are open all day on 01282 504786 to ask any questions related to any of our products to speed the visit in store. This is to help stop the spread of the virus.

Regarding the current coronavirus outbreak Burnley Plumbing Supplies are taking the spread of coronavirus in the UK very seriously. We are still open for business in store in line with the gouvernments advice.

We are staying well informed of the developing situation and are following the advice and recommendations from the Government, Public health England and the world health organisation.

Our number one priority remains the safety and well-being of our staff and customers and due to the supply chain being affected, the delivery time on customer orders may be delayed or product shortages may arise.
