✅ We’re growing and looking for an experienced HR Consultant to join us. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where no two days are the same. You’ll partner with a diverse range of clients from multi-site organisations to scaling businesses, becoming a trusted extension of their teams.

💡 This isn’t a policy behind a desk role.
You’ll be actively involved in real situations, navigating complex ER cases and helping clients make confident, informed decisions.

You’re already operating at a Senior HR Advisor / Consultant level and ready for your next challenge:

⏺️ CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent)
⏺️ Strong HR generalist background (consultancy or multi-site experience ideal)
⏺️ Confident managing complex ER cases independently
⏺️ Resilient and comfortable in a fast-paced, high volume environment
⏺️ Commercially aware - you understand business impact, not just policy
⏺️ Excellent communicator with strong influencing skills
⏺️ Tech comfortable across HR systems
⏺️ A collaborative team player who values openness and connection

📈 How can HR measure and improve employee engagement and why does workplace culture matter?

🤝 Employee engagement and workplace culture are closely linked. One shapes the other and together they influence how employees feel, behave, and perform.

But here’s the challenge: how does culture shape perception?

Workplace culture is often described as “the way we do things around here.” It quietly sets expectations about what is acceptable. Over time, this influences how employees view behaviour even when it conflicts with policies or personal values.

For example:
👉 If long hours are praised, employees may feel pressure to overwork
👉 If poor behaviour is ignored, it can become the norm
👉 If feedback is welcomed, employees feel safe to speak up

That’s why measuring engagement is essential. HR teams can use:
✅ Employee surveys and pulse checks
✅ Exit interviews and feedback tools
✅ Absence and turnover data
✅ Culture audits to spot gaps between policy and reality

This isn’t just good practice it’s a legal consideration.
