All the timbers were removed, cement boards added and silicone render applied.
We installed anthracite roof dry verge cappings.
All new white upvc soffit, fascia, guttering and downpipe

Will be a temporary repair to the flashing to stop water ingress with a view in the new year to have it scaffolded properly and then all new flashing and repointed

A full bungalow renovation completed in burntwood.
Every room complete reboard and skim, new door liners and doors, all new skirting board and architrave.
A brand new kitchen install supplied by Howdens.
Then complete decoration thru out!

First job back after Christmas, creating a walk-in wardrobe for a customer from a disused box bedroom. Created a rake over the stairs, fully plastered, new downlighting, LVT flooring and skirting. Then went back after the customer had decorated to build rails and shelves. A returning customer of ours very happy with their new wardrobe! 😁
