Mondays at Walkers aren’t about finding new clients or pushing the new work, they’re about setting my clients up for a smoother week.
I spend my Monday mornings doing the things most people don’t have time for:
• Inbox resets — clearing the weekend backlog, flagging priorities, and making sure nothing important gets buried.
• Content planning — mapping out posts, scheduling what needs to go out, and giving businesses a consistent voice all week.
• Customer follow‑ups — replying, updating, nudging, and keeping communication flowing so the week doesn’t start already behind.
• Diary organisation — confirming appointments, reshuffling clashes, and making sure the week actually works in real life, not just on paper.
• Admin tidy‑ups — the small but mighty tasks that stop things spiralling by Thursday.
These behind‑the‑scenes tasks that helps my clients to breathe a little easier and start the week feeling in control rather than overwhelmed.
