Yesterday I received a call from the daughter of an 85yr old lady. Her mum had been without heating or hot water for the last 3 days and hadn't told anyone. Thankfully she called me to see if I could help. I am keeping myself as distant as possible from this horrible virus, but want to help anyone in need with the resources that I have.
