We’re delighted to welcome back our Head of Ecology, Samantha Wanner, following her parental leave after the wonderful arrival of her baby girl.

It's great having Sam back with the team as they have been busy closing out the ecology seasonal window and clients are flocking in for wintering bird surveys!

We look forward to her continuing to lead our ecology work with her trademark expertise and passion. Not to mention her BNG knowledge helping more and more clients navigate the all-important BNG requirements and getting those on and off site credits! Welcome back Sam.

From work experience to team member – welcome aboard, Will!
After a brilliant two-week placement with our Ecology team last summer, Will Singer has now officially joined James Blake Associates Ltd as a Seasonal Field Ecologist!
His journey from testing the waters in ecology to landing a role with us is a great example of how early-career experience, enthusiasm, and the right support can open doors in the environmental sector.
