It is sometimes very difficult to maintain standards in all aspects of the business as it’s NOT what you went into business for, so many areas are ignored for too long as you don’t enjoy doing them, sometimes don’t appreciate their importance, or sometimes don’t know where to start. How do you keep motivated to keep on top of ALL aspects of your business? Do you have a set schedule to ensure you don't neglect anything? Difficult but some do manage it and if we all could we'd be flying, recession or not!

We had some great feedback for what topics we should include in our year long programme but we'd appreciate more comments please.
As a small business owner what issues do you encounter, or what areas do you think you could improve on with encouragement from other small business owners?
