One of the services available for booking - proving to be one of the most popular - is an Online Consultation. This consultation will be focussing on the Level Three Theory Course with Ellie-Mae Leonard, from York City Gymnastics York City Women’s Artistic Squad .

These consultations last a minimum of an hour and are on a topic of your choice; be it a skill you’d like a greater understanding of, discussing preps and pre-requisites or the Level Three Coaching Theory - as most commonly chosen so far. Or, for head coaches; ideas of how to structure a department within your club, pathway guidance and decision making processes.

One of the services available for booking is a Coaching Session with me!🙋🏼‍♂️This Coaching Session was with the Women’s Artistic Gymnasts and coaches from , the eighteenth session I’ve delivered with them!? Very grateful for their continued custom!🙏🏻🙌🏻

This service is for clubs wanting a coaching session where the gymnasts follow their usual coaching /programmes with me assisting in the session providing ideas to vary the training programme. This can be a generic training session with myself as an extra coach or can be a focussed session on a specific topic such as an apparatus, assessment skills or specific techniques.

✨Feedback Friday✨

“I found the session incredibly useful, particularly the way Tom broke everything down and explained not only what he was doing, but also the reasoning behind it. So often you watch very talented coaches, but they do not always explain the purpose behind each exercise or drill, so it was really valuable to gain a deeper understanding of his approach. As a coach myself, that is something incredibly helpful to take away and apply within our own clubs.

Tom was absolutely fantastic in the way he supported all of the gymnasts, and it is always a pleasure having him in to watch and learn from. The gymnasts all seemed thoroughly engaged and really enjoyed working with him. As this was my first session since moving clubs over to Huntingdon, it was especially nice to have Tom involved in the county session.

BG Course Booked📒

A recent course we’ve had to postpone is the WAG L3 M4 Course - the Beam, Artistry and Choreography module. This course covers flighted acro skills and series’, advanced leaps and greater ballet understanding and is taking place at on Sunday September 6th.

This course has spaces available with enrolment closing on August 10th. Follow the link on my story or in my ‘Courses’ Highlight to enrol/share with anyone you know may be interested📲
