It was a pleasure to work at Saints Peter and Paul Catholic High School yesterday. A fantastic group of students who were a pleasure to work with throughout the day.

What a great day for yesterday, working in two fantastic schools and

and working with Years 8,9,10 and 11 as part of their Unlocking Potential programme. Yesterday’s session focused on Challenge, seeing it as a natural part of getting better and achieving great things. We also looked at how to respond positively to challenge, and how the students can focus on those things they can control to take positive actions.

and worked with all of Year 11 students at as part of their GCSE Mock Exam Results Day. We looked at creating a vision of what students would like to achieve, building mental toughness, harnessing their mindset to achieve success.

It was a pleasure to work with such committed, ambitious young people who are striving to Unlock their Potential.

It is fantastic to work with a range of sports teams to develop their performance, collectively and individually. Our programmes work with teams, leadership group, individual players, coaching and support staff to create a holistic development programme which has real impact on and off the field. Our ‘Unlocking Potential’ programme will inspire and motivate your students, using role models from elite sport. A brilliant day working with groups of Year 8,9,10 and 11 students today on Day 2 of their Unlocking Potential programme. Today we focused on the students creating their vision and how they can develop strong habits to achieve their goals.

A great week at . We have commenced our year long Unlocking Potential programme at .

We will be working with all of the students in the school throughout the academic year working to develop their mental toughness and mindset, together with tools and strategies to achieve success both in their education and in life outside of school.

Our programme will also include working with parents and staff to ensure that the work of the Unlocking Potential programme is consolidated for the students at school and at home.

Great to work with such a progressive, forward thinking school.

Congratulations to all of the students who have received their GCSE results today.

It has been great to hear the success stories of the schools where we have delivered our Year 11 “Unlocking Potential” programme.

We are really looking forward to beginning our 2023/24 school programme with students from Years 6-13 in the new academic year.

It was great for and to return to Trinity St Edwards High School in Barnsley this week to work with the brilliant Year 7 & 8 students on the Unlocking Potential programme. Our session looked at developing their mental toughness, creating an aspirational vision & building habits for success. What a great school with such a good team ethos evident with staff and students!
