People Matters HR is growing, and we're looking for a brilliant HR Operations Administrator to join us.

We're searching for someone who loves organisation, thrives on keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes and enjoys being part of a supportive team.

📍 Ramsbottom
⏰ 25 hours per week (Monday–Friday)

You'll be supporting our HR and onboarding teams, helping us deliver great service to our clients across the North West.

Last week I received an AI letter on behalf of another HR company explaining that because of changes to legislation I needed to review all my HR documents and they offered a free HR audit.

Not a bad shout in sentiment but why send it to me? I ignored it.

Three days later and another AI reminder arrived urging me to take claim one of the five available seats to take advantage of their incredible offer.

I responded this time to thank them and pointed out that our company name “People Matters HR” was a clue to what we do and that as a result I had to decline their generous offer!

A very embarrassed Director emailed to apologise, I said he didn’t need to, it gave me a chuckle, but I think his AI tool needed to learn to read and do it’s research a bit better.

Be careful how your AI thingy’s are representing your business.
