Having undertaken engagement with the local community and stakeholders earlier this year, we're pleased to now have submitted a full application for development of 77 new homes in Whalley, on behalf of Pringle Homes.

The housebuilder has eyed an 8.5-acre plot of vacant agricultural land for the north Whalley development.
