SmilesHR is excited to be assisting our client, a private modern dental practice in Bangor Gwynedd, to recruit a multi-functional TCO / Qualified Dental Nurse, to join their team on a full-time permanent basis.

Our client’s passion and vision is to provide the highest quality and standards of dental care for their patients, so are looking for a like-minded individual to join a team, who have the same work ethic and values.

This is a multi-functional role, so the successful candidate will need to:
•Have a professional and positive mindset;
•Be a people person, always willing to go above and beyond;
•Be a proactive forward thinker;
•Be a flexible and enthusiastic team player, willing to undertake multi-functional role requirements, as per the needs of the practice;
•Have a minimum of c.4 years’ dental nursing experience, with at least c.2 years in a private/mixed practice;
•Have a good understanding of complex dentistry as a Dental Nurse, specifically implant and Invisalign treatments;
•Be able to discuss treatment plans and finance options with patients;
•Have strong communication and organisation skills; and
•Have a great sense of humour!

Salary is negotiable and dependent on experience and qualifications. This will be discussed at interview.

•GDC annual retention;
•Pension scheme;
•Uniform provided;
•Free car parking;
•Working within a high-profile practice with a fantastic team;
