Another batch of graphic overlays taking shape! 👀

And there are plenty of ways to make them work for your application.

Embossed buttons, tinted display windows, hidden till-lit legends, anti-glare finishes, precision die-cut apertures, colour matching… even the material and adhesive can be selected around where and how the overlay will be used, giving you plenty of flexibility in the final design.

When volumes increase, consistency becomes even more important. 👀

Our automated assembly service uses computer-controlled pick-and-place technology to accurately position components within membrane switches, from tactile domes to integral LEDs.

With dual-head placement, vision centring and a large feeder capacity, we can handle higher-volume production while maintaining tight tolerances and consistent placement from one assembly to the next.

And before anything leaves us, every electronic component is 100% tested and passed! ✔️

No rest for the wicked on a Monday morning! 💪

With quite the stack to get through, we're wasting no time kicking off the week with some screen printing.

It’s a hands-on process, with each pass needing the right pressure and ink coverage to keep the print consistent from one piece to the next.

Safe to say, this bench will be busy for a while!

What can embossing bring to a graphic overlay?

Adding dome, pillow, rim, logo or Braille embossing can give users a clear tactile reference for buttons, controls and key information.

Combined with colour matching, printed windows and a choice of materials and finishes, each overlay can be produced around the requirements of the product and its working environment.
