This has been the MOST rewarding week ever and it's partly because I have been able to watch Wimbledon in between calls, launches and announcements combining the two words of startups and tennis together.

💥 I had the incredible opportunity to swap seats and be a guest on "The Unconventionals" Podcast, hosted by the dynamic duo, Riccardo Trovato and Eugenio Cibruscola. We dove deep into insightful discussions and it was an absolute pleasure sharing my experiences and knowledge with their audience... stay tuned for the release!

💥 I recently had the privilege of delivering the first 3-hour workshop on FastMBA for Instituto. It was an engaging and enriching experience and the enthusiasm and hunger for knowledge among the participants were truly infectious! I could hardly sleep afterwards 🤣

Reflecting on these accomplishments, it's a reminder of the power of stepping out of our comfort zones, embracing new experiences, and nurturing relationships.

I feel incredibly privileged to have had the opportunity to work closely with passionate individuals in the Spanish startup ecosystem, and I wanted to take a moment to share some personal thoughts💭

When I made the decision to move from Cambridge to Madrid almost three years ago, I knew it would be an opportunity for growth, but little did I know that my time in this beautiful country would surpass all expectations.

So, here are my thoughts (and why you should consider moving/visiting Spain)...

In the age of Circular Economy, the success of a startup relies on the collaboration of the entire ecosystem. The right recipe brings together innovation, investment, the supply chain, the buying decisions of consumers and the way products will be disposed of.

On one hand, startups are best placed to have an impact on circularity due to their size. They can innovate, adapt and move faster than larger organisations. On the other hand, startups life is full of landmines. I want to celebrate this special day by sharing with you the three life lessons my mum taught me in business.

❤️ To be warm, respectful and compassionate to everyone in business. Whether you are the janitor or a CEO you treat everyone with warmth, respect and compassion.

🤝 To be humble which is not being walked over! Always walk away from your ego and the title, in my business i deal with conflict in teams so rather than your ego taking over. I always remove the ego and find a way to bring people together.

🛍 Parents often loose a sense of purpose when their children get older. However, my mum has become my not so official personal shopper! Every outfit you see me in online and offline, has been hanpicked with love from my mum. It's a way my mum can always be with me on my business journey.
