How to get promoted when you just don't fit in?

Clearly, the thrust of the conversation here is that if you don't have wealth, privilege, and opportunity - then getting promoted can be difficult. Well yes, it's a concept we are all familiar with. So although an interesting take on the conundrum, overcoming the existing inequality and privilege of wealth is much more difficult than portrayed with a few facile career life hacks.

The ability to be connected to accelerated professional networks, and exhibit self-confidence with an ability to "talk the talk" has been learned from a very early age for professional family groups. As a result those "with" will always be one step ahead of those "without".
