Essex Carers Network is working with Mid Essex ICB on a lived‑experience project to understand the views of people with a learning disability. We want to hear about their experiences of health services, and their understanding of their medication and medication reviews. We welcome family carers to complete on behalf of their family member. The surgeries of the Colne Valley PCN are:
Kelvedon and Feering Health Centre
Freshwell Health Centre – Finchingfield
The Elizabeth Courtauld Surgery
The Pump House Surgery
The Coggeshall Surgery
Hedingham Medical Centre
