Wow, where to start, the limitation of text space does not allow the emotion and capacity of the full story but……
I personally do not believe that the shortened chapters explain the novel within it’s entirety, I also cannot absorb the fact that 5 years have passed and multiple transformations have taken place.
As an ambitious person I never had any doubt that todays success was achievable, neither was I under any illusion that this rollercoaster would operate smoothly and as text book states.
Via observant eyes I monitored an industry that I/we could adapt to, I watched fellow Window & Door Engineers closely, and received some excellent advise throughout the journey.
The biggest lessons were learnt via failure and in turn whilst making corrections to the way I portrayed myself and traded respectively, the rest is history BUT I’ll never forgot the aforementioned as this has assisted with not only personal progression but that of Cube Commercial Ltd.
Naturally with pride and sentiment in mind, I cannot begin to thank those to whom have made today’s achievements a result…. You know exactly who you are and my gratitude is immense.
The journey, growth and general betterment from January 2018 as follows (in order with images)
* The formation of a make shift office to a private dwelling produced with a shoe string budget
* Controlled expansion via the rental, refurbishment of a small scale unit (8 Maple House)
* Relocation and refurbishment of Unit 6 Apex Business Park
* The placement of Glazing Vehicles & branded transportation
* Addition of tooling, mezzanine floor and office facilities
* The acquisition of Unit 8 Apex Business Park, including complete renovation, coupled with purchases including general tooling, CNC, Saws, Crimper, Trolley’s, Bench’s & Punch Tooling
* The addition of a Production, Design & Estimation Studio to Unit 6 including Meeting Room
MOST IMPORTANTLY: We remained patient whilst scouting our dream team, we are fortunate enough to boast a plethora of professional personnel backed by an immaculate supply chain..
