Refurbishment works to new property acquisitions - 5 bungalows and 12 months contract for more

Refurbishment works are initially to five number acquired bungalows to bring them up to 'decent homes standard'.
The works internally typically include replacing kitchens, bathrooms, central heating including rewires, making good, and decoration generally.
Externally, hard and soft landscaping.

The awarded contract is intended to cover additional properties over the next 12 months as and when acquired by Unitas on behalf of Stoke on Trent City Council.

Supply and installation of Heras fencing and metal gate - Council work opportunity - SPOD

The City Council is seeking to procure a competent and accredited contractor to undertake the supply and installation of heras fencing, heras gates and bespoke metal gates on the former Spode Pottery Factory site. The contractor carrying out the works is required to meet the following criteria.
The Contractor providing the service must:
1. Carry out fencing and gates works as part of their main business activity.
2. Be able to demonstrate that they have the necessary skills, knowledge, experience and organisational capability to carry out the works in a manner that secures the health and safety of any person affected by the project.
3. Have the following insurance levels; £5 million Employers Liability Insurance, £10 million Public and Product Liability Insurance. 4. Provide Risk Assessments & Method Statements for all tasks associated with the works.
5. Provide H&S file information on the completion of the works
6. Be able to provide two satisfactory references for projects completed within the last 2 years.

Information relating to the criteria does NOT have to be submitted with the expression of interest but will be required from the successful contractor prior to contract award. Failure to provide satisfactory information will result in disqualification. In addition to the above, the Contractor is required to visit site, with the City Council's Project Manager, during the tender period to ascertain site specific information (restrictions, access requirements, etc.).

The site visit date/time will be confirmed when the tender documents are issued.

PLEASE NOTE COMPANIES WHO DO NOT ATTEND THE SITE VISIT WITH THE CITY COUNCIL'S PROJECT MANAGER WILL NOT BE ABLE TO PROVIDE A TENDER.

Single Storey rear kitchen extension
Our Client requires current conservatory to be taken down and replaced with a kitchen extension building.
Within the build it will be required a small WC and vestibule to be constructed.
Once the building is complete, the Client would like a brand new kitchen including all the appliances, electrical points, lighting, radiators etc. When the new extension and kitchen completed, the Client will require the current kitchen in the house to be decommissioned completely and removed and then the room remodeled into a brand new room.
Plan and permission will proceed once a contractor has been selected.
The Client is aware that the works will only start until Spring or Summer next year (2018).

Within the build it will be required a small WC and vestibule to be constructed.
Once the building is complete, the Client would like a brand new kitchen including all the appliances, electrical points, lighting, radiators etc. When the new extension and kitchen completed, the Client will require the current kitchen in the house to be decommissioned completely and removed and then the room remodeled into a brand new room.

Labourer to strip my home back to the bare bones. The 81 sqm apartment needs:
- wooden flooring pulled up and removed
- built in units pulled out
- stud wall removing
- wooden furnishings (skirting boards etc) removed
- plaster removed from walls

There are two rooms downstairs and two upstairs. The rooms will be empty. The rubbish will be placed in the front garden area. The property is 200 years old, so the plaster is relatively thick in some areas.

Keen for a swift start: Monday 13th? I predict the job to take 4, 10 hour days proper work, therefore be £600 at £15/hour.
