🎬 We hosted an Apprentice-style challenge this morning and it was genuinely fun to watch unfold.
The task was straightforward: come up with a brand new visitor experience for Canterbury, build the landing page, create social media posts and deliver a three minute pitch. Three hours to do it all.
💪 What was great to see was how quickly people from different backgrounds and skill sets came together. Some of our co-workers hadn't worked closely before, but by the time pitch time came around everyone had found their rhythm and brought something valuable to their team.
The energy in the room was brilliant. There was real focus and creativity happening, and it was clear people actually cared about getting their idea across to the judging panel. The Quarter Café kept everyone going through it all with coffee and sandwiches from The Sandwich Bar, Canterbury.
One team took home the win with their concept, but honestly everyone who got stuck in and gave it a proper go should be proud of what they produced in such a short space of time.
