We’re delighted to announce the formation of our Strategic Advisory Board, a step forward in our mission to deliver world-class managed 24/7 digital customer experience management services. The Board will drive our expansion, product roadmap, and key partnerships—driving value creation, innovation, and growth.

Simon Wakeman, an experienced portfolio COO and board member since 2023, will be joined by Alex J. an accomplished Senior Director and CxO, with a proven track record in driving global revenue growth, implementing R&D and leading strategies in the SaaS sector. He brings extensive experience from senior roles at Access Group and Capita, and we’re excited to have his expertise as we continue to grow and innovate.

Last week we attended the Retail Technology Show and one session that caught our attention was "Reshaping eCommerce for the Future” presented by Nick Stragnell of Raging Bull Ltd.
