Local business woman Lynda Desmarais of Canterbury Hotel and Rose Garden Spa will launch Ladies Who Latte in the Ebury Hotel, New Dover Road, Canterbury. It launched 8 years ago with Sharon Connolly, International Image Consultant shortly after joined by Mary Flavelle, who specializes in women’s networking events. Ladies Who Latte is flexible networking with a less formal approach, so whether you
have fifteen minutes to pop in, or you stay for two hours, we hope that you will find it a well earned break to share ideas and most importantly gain motivation from other entrepreneurial women. There are no speakers, you don’t need to pay to attend– just buy your coffee and mingle. In less than one year Ladies who Latte grew to over 600, and now stretches across England where it is estimated we are now over 8000. We have even attracted interest from abroad proving we really do live in a Global Village.
“I’ve always found networking a little daunting”, says Lynda, “and I feel that the Ladies Who Latte concept is a more friendly and accessible way to meet like-minded business women in the Canterbury area. There will be good coffee and an opportunity to talk business. We have such a thriving community and I can’t wait to get started.”
Lynda specialises in hotel and property businesses across Canterbury and Kent. She has recently opened the new day spa, Rose Garden Spa at the Canterbury Hotel.
