Well done Thrive Homecare - well deserved!

We’re still pinching ourselves.

Thrive Homecare has won the Community Care Team Award at the Kent Integrated Care Awards. 🎉

And honestly? We really didn’t expect to win against some much bigger, more established names in the care sector.

So when our name was called, there was a very real moment of “Wait… did they just say Thrive?” 😅

This award means a huge amount to us because it recognises something we care deeply about: doing care differently.

Our team believes that supporting someone at home should be about much more than completing a list of tasks. It’s about knowing the person, building genuine relationships, protecting independence and helping people continue to live a life that feels like their own.

And that takes an incredible team.

A huge thank you to every one of our Health & Wellbeing Associates, and especially to Registered Manager Rebecca Bennetts and Community Lead Miśka Grześko, whose leadership has helped shape the team we have today.

We may not be one of the big players yet.

But this award is a pretty special reminder that you don’t have to be big to make a big difference. 💜
