Top tips for organising your inbox:

➡️ set aside time each morning and afternoon to go through your emails and respond to them

➡️ identify emails that need responding to. For example setting up a flagging system so you know the important emails to review and action whilst your VA/PA manages the rest

➡️ categorise

➡️ use a filing system

➡️ let your VA/PA answer to diary requests

➡️ de-clutter, unsubscribe from junk and make it clear to others when and when not to cc you into emails

1 year ago today, I made the big, scary decision to go and start making my dreams come true, working from home as a and being able to work flexibly and take care of my baby.

The BEST thing I ever did!

Don't get me wrong, it can be a stressful juggling act but I've bonded so much more with my girl than I would have done in a 9-5 office job.

I've also met some incredible people along the way and made great working relationships that I'm so grateful for.
