We recently completed a fire alarm installation on a HMO.

The property had been newly renovated along with a loft conversion so containment was required in certain areas.

All areas now covered with the correct fire detection so no issues going forward.

A recent fire alarm installation completed 🚨

The landlord had failed a fire inspection in a block of flats which needed to be rectified ASAP

We rewired the whole property with the correct fire rated cable✅

We then upgraded the fire panel, all smoke/heat detectors & call points

All detectors had sounder/visual bases fitted so the tenants could see & hear if there was a fire🔥

A recent 6 camera system upgrade carried out by the RDM team✅

Customer previously had old analog cameras which didn’t look the best and the picture image was poor❌

With a little tidy up we decided to fit the 5mp colourv cameras which gave a much clearer & better picture🔥

A recent job the RDM team carried out in a care home

The customer wanted a system where they didn’t have to use keys in the day as multiple staff enter/exit the property

After different options shown to the customer we decided to fit the Paxton switch 2 system on all 5 standalone entry doors

All doors had a keypad in & out fitted so no more keys needed in the day. Only a code or fob

All doors were also linked to the fire alarm system so in the event of a fire the doors would automatically open

From installing new wireless alarms to taking over & upgrading existing systems ✅

All systems are linked to the customers phones so they can receive notifications if the alarm activates & set/unset from the mobile also📲🚨

An upgrade of an intercom system we recently carried out. ✅

The previous system did not have a camera installed, meaning the customer was unable to see who was at the gate with only an audio option. We decided to fit the new hikvision IP system.

To get the cleanest finish, we lifted the bricks and dug up the grass in order to get the cable where it needed to be.

Once this was fitted, we also installed an android tablet. When the call button is pressed, the tablet and mobile phone will ring so the customer can see, speak and grant access to whoever is at the property. 📲🖥
