The one thing I have learnt the hard way in business...

Don't struggle on your own!

Running your business is a daily challenge with many positives but it can also be lonely if you try to do it all...

When I first moved to Wales in 2006 and didn't know anyone I felt like I didn't have anyone to reach out to and was facing the challenges on my own which is a lonely place to be.

I have learnt that if you only ask, plenty of people will support you and building a strong network is the most important thing to create a sustainable and successful business.

There are so many networks out there so do look out for the ones that suit you. In most cases, networks will offer you a trial before you buy and there are also pay-as-you-go options.

For anyone starting in business and looking for connections I would be more than happy to help.

We also have a collab space in Whitchurch, Cardiff where we have two large desk available if you want to be part of a friendly group in a professional environment.

I got more done in a week compared to what I did working from home...

This was the comment of one of the collab businesses that joined us when we first opened our doors in April 2022, so just over two years ago!

We are a small collab space that comes with a professional address of Norman House in Cardiff. What I love ❣ is the fact that we are close to the city but with a village feel as we are 2 minutes walking distance to the beautiful village of Whitchurch with lovely shops, restaurants and cafes.
