📈 How do we make government productivity targets relevant to the day-to-day realities of running a small business?

That was the focus of a recent event we recently hosted with the Development Bank of Wales, where we explored practical ways to help more Welsh SMEs start, sustain and scale. 🚀

It was great to hear from the Cabinet Secretary for Economy, Energy and Planning about his ambitions for the Welsh economy and the role that small businesses can play in driving growth. 💬

A huge thank you to our fantastic panel, Carrie Barford, Paul Abrahams, Rhian Elston and Adam Hardy, as well as our Chair John Hurst, for bringing the productivity debate to life from a business perspective. Your insights highlighted the importance of practical support that helps businesses work smarter, invest, grow and create jobs. 👏
