I know how busy you all are, so it’s really important to me that if you’ve invested your time and money in a Starla meeting, you get good value from it. ❤️

Wednesday’s meeting in Cardiff certainly gave us plenty to think about!

Our guest speaker, Ruth McClees, asked us to consider whether we’re tackling our business load in the right way.

What to do when your business works… but only because you hold it all together.

This 25-minute mini session is for founders whose businesses are working, but feel too dependent on them personally. Participants will identify what currently relies on their head, heart, hands and growth energy, then look at what needs to shift so their business feels clearer, lighter and less dependent on them.

You’ll leave with a simple pressure map, a clearer view of where the strain is coming from, and one practical first move you can take to reduce the load.

All this plus the usual mix of coffee, chat and collaboration.

When I created Starla, the intention was to get to know the person behind the business. Not just a quick 60 sec pitch.
