🏆
Heathwood swimming opened its doors in 2018, but our Tri club wasn’t created until 2022. This is where our unique community was born.

Many people begin their journey with us by learning to swim. Some come to us without an existing triathlon club, & naturally we can offer them a pathway into the sport through Heathwood. Others are already members of different triathlon clubs, & we continue to coach and support them while they represent those clubs.

Our priority has always been helping people develop, gain confidence and ultimately reach the start line of any distance triathlon in Wales or accross the globe.

Ironman racing – particularly Ironman Wales – has been a huge passion of our coaching team since 2018 & One of the ambitions has always been to build a club capable of taking a large team to Tenby and competing together.

We didn’t rank anywhere near the top 10 in 2022, but came back stronger in 2023 finishing 2nd. This result meant a great deal to us as a club & we were super proud. Since then we’ve managed 3rd place in 2024 & 2025 🤩🤩

2026 however was our year 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿🩵💙🩷🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿
