Business owners come to me when they are ready to attain clarity, accountability, and take a proactive approach to their business objectives, business planning, and implementation. Most business owners know what they want but struggle to find any time (or energy) to focus on themselves and work on the business. They want the freedom to explore what self-employment really means to them, but feel pressure to conform to goals, values, or purpose that might no longer be relevant. They may want to work less hours on more enjoyable work at their higher billable rate but lack control of their time to do anything about it. They might be unproductively plodding through always diarising time to do something about it but never sticking to it or implementing anything consistently.
