Tony Robbins calls it "unquenchable hunger", and says it's the single thing that separates the ones who make it from the ones who don't.
I think he's right, and I think it's the least talked-about thing in this industry, because it doesn't sell as well as a strategy does 🤷♀️
I can teach you everything from positioning to visibility. Holding a room, building the offer, pricing it, selling it, and delivering it so well they naturally just tell everyone else to buy it too...
What I can't teach you is whether you'll still want it at 11pm on a Tuesday when nothing's working...because that WILL happen 🙌
Business isn't hard in the way people warn you it'll be hard, it's not necessarily the admin, or the tech, or the finding-a-good-accountant so you don't screw that bit up
It's the quiet stuff (or the stuff that's kept quiet because they don't want to look like it's not working) like launching to absolute silence, or watching someone with half your talent overtake you because they were just...louder.
It's the month the money just… doesn't come in OR clients default on payments. It's the rebuilding of the offer for the third time and wondering if you're deluded as to why it's not budging...
That's the culling period, and it doesn't take out the least talented. It takes out the least hungry.
But here's what I know: if you're reading this, I know that's not you. You're still here, and still looking for the thing that'll help you go again.
That IS the hunger, you already have it, so the only question left is what you do with it 👀
