💙Building a Stronger Team at MHC 💛

A little look back at one of our recent Office Team Building Sessions at Mighty Health Care! 🙌

Working in care is all about teamwork, and that doesn’t stop with our care teams in the community. Our office team plays an important role behind the scenes every day, supporting our staff, coordinating our service and helping to ensure the people we support receive the best possible care.

Our team-building session gave us the opportunity to step away from the usual busy working day, communicate, collaborate, have some fun and strengthen the relationships within our team 👏

We believe that investing in our staff and creating a positive workplace culture is an important part of building a strong, supportive and effective team.

There were plenty of laughs along the way too! 😄

We may have been a little quiet on social media recently, but behind the scenes it has been a very busy summer here at Mighty Health Care! ☀️

Over the past few months, we’ve continued to focus on what matters most supporting the people we care for and recognising and investing in the amazing team who make it all possible.

🌞 Important Warm Weather Reminder to All Care Staff 🌞

As temperatures increase, we'd like to remind all care staff to prioritise their wellbeing by drinking plenty of fluids and staying hydrated throughout every shift.

Please also remember to ensure every client is left with fresh drinking water before leaving their visit, where appropriate. Small actions like these can make a significant difference during periods of warm weather.
