Tom Phillips is our CEO and Co-Founder here at Blackline Academy.

A specialist in business strategy & growth - he’s got 15 years of experience supporting thousands of business owners, from vague ideas to fully staffed businesses.

He’s skilled in untangling the messy bits, making sense of what’s important, and helping founders and leaders actually take the right action.

Tom came up with the idea of Blackline Academy whilst supporting businesses from across the UK - realising that helping them get started was one thing, but the real problem lay in helping businesses to effectively and sustainably scale.
