🎥 Two young women. Two powerful voices. One conversation that stayed with us. 💜

As we prepare for tomorrow's Community Activation outside SEPHORA, St David's Cardiff, we're sharing this moving conversation with two young women who wished to remain anonymous—but absolutely wanted their voices to be heard.

They spoke honestly about race, equality and belonging, comparing life in the Welsh Valleys with the experience of living in the capital.

Their words are honest. Thought-provoking. Hopeful. Challenging.

✨ Watch and be informed.
✨ Watch and be moved.
✨ Watch... and become part of the change.

The conversations we have on our streets become the conversations that shape our conference, our communities and, ultimately, our future.

Join us at the Mastering Diversity Conference 2026.

🇺🇳 DELIVERING A FULL STATEMENT AT THE UNITED NATIONS 🇺🇳

Dreams become reality one step, one conversation and one act of courage at a time.

A few years ago, TechCeFaCos Group invited me to become their Patron and Main Representative to the United Nations because they believed our shared vision and our thoughtcleadership deserved a global platform.

That conversation led to the creation of the Global Empowerment & Inclusion Summits in Geneva.

Since then...

✨ 6 visits to the United Nations

✨ 4 UN visits in 2026 alone

✨ 2 Global Empowerment & Inclusion Summits

✨ Participation at CSW70

✨ And now delivering a full statement at the United Nations High Level Political Forum in New York.

The flights were never the achievement.

The impact was.

In 2025, our Summit discussions became an official UN Statement.

In 2026, our Summit produced a Joint Communiqué that was published and taken to the High Level Political Forum.

Then came the invitation.

We showed up.

And I stood before Member States to deliver our collective voice.

This belongs to everyone who has walked this journey with us. To the TechCeFaCos youth, women and partners in the global south.
To the youth in Gembu State
Those in Cameroon
Nigeria

To our partners.

To our delegates.

To our speakers.

To our sponsors.

To Wales.

To every person who believes that collaboration creates lasting change.

🎥 Watch until the end...

It's worth it.

Thank you Emmanuel Sevidzem Liynyuy, Mfikela Jean and Samuel for trusting me and partnering with Mastering Diversity.

❤️

Making Interventions at the UN High Level Political Forum🇺🇳

Addressing the Esteemed Panel on Powering Green Growth: Inclusive Solutions for Energy and Industry through Agro Value Chains- SDG 7 SDG9 amd SDG 17 with the Council for Palm Oil Producing Countries...

What a privilege to say the names of TechCeFaCos Group and Mastering Diversity in the High Level Political Forum at the United Nations New York.

Grateful that the Executive Director of the World Bank did not make short thrift of what he admitted was a difficult question. I just felt it needed to be answered. I know it is a question that needs to be considered with intent.

More opportunities for conversations that create questions that lead to careful thought and meaningful action continue at the 4th Annual Mastering Diversity Conference 2026👇
