Today, we recognise the cross-sector project team behind work to improve diagnostic pathways for children, young people and families across Wales.

With work spanning Digital Public Services Wales, Welsh Government and participating NHS Wales health boards, the project explores how diagnostic pathways can become more user-centred and how carefully considered digital tools can help ease administrative pressures.
