After testing the alarms at our site in Thornsbury, our company director, Mike, later visited another site in Bath to see how active and responsive the security was. During his visit, he met one of our security staff members—someone he had never met before. Interestingly, the security officer was also unaware that he was speaking directly with the director of JSM.
The interaction was truly impressive. The security guard responded quickly, professionally, and with great attentiveness, showing exactly the level of commitment we expect on our sites. His prompt response and respectful manner stood out.
Impressed by his performance and professionalism, Mike awarded him a bonus on the spot as a token of appreciation. It was a pleasure to witness such dedication, and this moment reflects the strong standards within our team.
