That's been the case for the team at Pobl, who have outgrown their office space 3 times and we've been able to offer them larger spaces to support their needs.

While their fourth move is unfortunately away from Workbench purely due to the size of the space they need next, we've loved seeing them succeed over the years and will be championing them from afar.

Tenant Spotlight: Emma Selfridge Lawyer

Emma has worked as a Conveyancer (Property Lawyer) for over two decades throughout South Wales and particularly in Cardiff.

With a wealth of experience as a property solicitor, working on all types of conveyancing
matters, Emma’s clients include high street level and larger volume-based firms. She prides herself on delivering exceptional client service at a competitive price in the fast-paced field of conveyancing.

Emma has been based at 6 Ocean Way for 1.5 years and says she loves it. When she
arrived, she was impressed with the professional setting. She finds the other tenants to be
friendly and enjoys the camaraderie. Additionally, the free onsite parking, street food option, clean and friendly environment and the ability to book out meeting rooms when required are all things that make Workbench a great option for her business.

For the last few years Emma has been writing a conveyancing and property blog, pro bono.

11 years of Workbench!

October is a pretty special month for us because Workbench turns 11! 🥳

11 years of providing flexible office space to Cardiff businesses, supporting virtual clients and being a hub for coworking.

From starting out with our first building to now offering 3 Cardiff locations, it’s been quite a journey, with plenty of highs, a few challenges and lots of lessons learned along the way.

One thing's for sure, we're incredibly grateful to all the people who have helped make Workbench a success.
