When you are looking for training for yourself or your team, it is easy to start with the obvious questions.

What qualification will they get?

How long will it take?

How much will it cost?

Another question is just as important.

Who will actually be teaching them?

One of the things I love about being an independent trainer is that we can keep groups small, get to know the learners, and adapt when someone needs something different.

This might mean extra time, another explanation, help with technology, or simply noticing when someone's confidence has taken a knock.

Our learners recently described our training as ‘tailored to my needs’, ‘relaxed ’, and said ‘nothing was too much trouble’.

Our September learners all came to us with different experiences, different levels of confidence and different reasons for wanting to qualify.

The course may finish, but our support doesn’t.

At Petals Training, we know that some learners will complete their work confidently and independently. Others may need something explained differently, an extra one-to-one session or a group study session to help everything fall into place.

That support is never treated as an inconvenience or an optional extra. It’s part of how we teach.

We don’t hand over a workbook and leave learners to struggle alone. We get to know the person behind the qualification, notice when they need help and do everything we reasonably can to get them over the line.

It’s why every learner who completes their work with us passes.

Our qualifications may be available elsewhere. The Petals experience isn’t.

Is it nationally recognised and who awards it?

How will the course be delivered and assessed?
