I’ve been speaking with a number of South Wales service businesses recently, and one issue keeps coming up again and again: missed or delayed enquiries.

The data around response times is pretty eye-opening (see image):

– Leads are reportedly 21x more likely to convert if you reply within 5 minutes
– Yet around 48% of businesses don’t respond within 24 hours

That’s a lot of potential revenue being left on the table — often unintentionally.

I’ve set this page up as a place to share what I’m building and learning as I work more closely with local businesses.

I’m a family man and a Civil Engineering Manager by background, and alongside that I work hands-on with busy, service-based businesses here in South Wales.

Where I tend to help is with one very specific problem:

Keeping on top of enquiries when they’re coming in from everywhere — email, websites, Instagram, Facebook — often at the exact moments you’re already flat out doing the work.

What I help businesses do is:
acknowledge enquiries quickly,
keep everything visible in one place,
and reduce the risk of missed bookings or slow responses,
without adding complexity or forcing them to change how they already work.
