Great news and just announced the Carlisle Southern Bypaas has received Government funding to be built. Northern Link TDC Ltd part of the Matrix UK group was the primary traffic survey company,involved in undertaking numerous traffic,pedestrian and public right of way surveys on behalf of Cumbria County Council. Following our successful 1st year as part of the Matrix UK group, I can announce the awards of the long term traffic survey contracts to both Stirling & Cumbria County Councils. These will start in earnest as soon as the Covid19 pandemic allows us. For now everybody, stay home, protect the NHS, save lives
