New Quarterly Customer 🤝🌱

This customer asked for help with their 50m² artificial lawn.

Since moving into the property a couple of years ago, organic growth had become established in the turf and with the dogs favourite toilet spot being the lawn, smells had started to build up.

Following the result, the customers now booked in for a quarterly maintenance visit, so we’ll be back throughout the year to keep on top of it and have the lawn looking and smelling its best all year round!

Flat Turf & Trapped Pet Odours ❌

One of our regular bin cleaning customers asked if we could help with their artificial grass.

With pets using the turf as a toilet and the lawn making up most of the garden space, it gets a lot of use. Over time, the fibres had become flattened and tired and the pet odours had become trapped within the turf pile.

After a thorough maintenance clean, this was the result đź’š

Artificial grass maintenance isn’t just about making the main area look good

Moss, algae, organic debris, matted pile, pet odours and everyday spills all build up over time and some of the areas that need the most attention are the ones that are easiest to overlook

The perimeter in these photos is a perfect example

Organic matter and moss established itself along the timber edging. These types of areas can hold moisture and debris and are considerably more time consuming to work on than the open middle areas of the lawn

Rather than simply cleaning the visible surface, we take time to work along the edges and corners, remove established organic growth and leave the entire area properly finished

Because a professional turf clean should look good from edge to edge not just from a distance

How much does that colour contrast pop now!

This customer and their neighbour wanted their driveway freshened up ahead of the colder months, removing the dirt and algae build up from areas where water puddles up and sits.

They’re taking care of resanding the driveway themselves, so this was a straightforward clean for us.

This turf is only a couple of years old and the two years of regular foot traffic and no attention left the fibres flat, matted and starting to show signs of organic growth within the matted layers. The difference you see is just from a good brush and you’d be shocked to see how much dirt and debris was vacuumed out!

I started offering artificial grass cleaning because I’m an artificial grass owner myself and learnt how to best maintain my turf year round. Since then, I’ve worked with all sorts of different installations, environments and challenges and the thing is; every lawn is different and the cleaning process is nearly never the same.

Proactive maintenance helps protect your investment before problems become much harder to put right.

Keep it upright, debris free, bacteria free and you’ve got a lawn that will last!
