We have a vacancy
The overall purpose of the post is to be an active member of a small support team, installing and maintaining IT and telecoms systems for small to medium sized businesses.

Specific Duties
Diagnostics & repair of computers & networking systems.
Delivery & installation of computer & networking systems.
Technical support either by telephone, remote software or on-site.
Pre-emptive system maintenance.

General Duties
To contribute and play an active part in the overall workload of the office.

Required
Good Knowledge and troubleshooting experience of Windows 10, 11,Windows Server and O365.
Organised, helpful attitude and excellent communication skills.
Full UK Driving Licence

Desirable
Good Knowledge and troubleshooting experience of OneDrive and Sharepoint
Knowledge of Firewalls and Routers

Salary £28K - £30K Depending upon Experience.
