Breast Cancer Awareness Month | Supporting Employees Affected by Cancer 🩷 🎀

Every October, Breast Cancer Awareness Month encourages us to raise awareness, share experiences and support those affected by cancer.

For us at Realise HR, it’s a cause that’s particularly close to our hearts. Eleven years ago, our CEO, Claire McLean, was diagnosed with breast cancer. Today, she’s thriving, leading our business and continuing to support organisations and individuals across the UK.

Her experience is a powerful reminder that behind every diagnosis is a person navigating one of the most challenging periods of their life. It’s also a reminder of the important role employers can play during that journey.

A supportive workplace can't change a diagnosis, but it can make the journey a little easier.
